Lab-scale Molecular Distiller
DZ0.06 is a lab-scale SPD equipped with vacuum pump,used in soft separation of heat sensitive or high boiling point materials.
The skid mounted DZ0.06 is a lab testing equipment,used in soft separation of heat sensitive or high boiling point materials. It is also equipped with the high vacuum pump to form a complete system. It is a ready-to-use unit.
DZ Series molecular distillation equipment is also called short-distance distillation equipment, which is used in soft separation of heat sensitive materials or high boiling point materials. It is widely applied to various process requirements such as deodorization, purification, concentraction and etc in the fields of petrochemical industry, industry of fine chemicals, medicine, agricultural chemicals, foodstuff, oil and environmental protection.
Characteristics:
1. The molecular distiller boasts a high vacuum degree in operation, which can reach about 1PA.
2. The evaporating temperature of the molecular distiller is low, which is much lower than the boiling point of materials.
3. The time for materials to be heated inside the mocular distiller is short.
4. The separation degree of the mocular distiller is high.
